Our Leadership

Michele T. Ghee
Stratechic

Michele has her pulse on Women. As a woman of color in corporate America over the past three decades, she has had to learn how to not just thrive but survive. Her passion for excellence has allowed her to master the following critical skills: cultural nuances, revenue generation, leadership, diversity and inclusion, brand strategy, storytelling, teamwork, and relationship building. Her corporate experience coupled with entrepreneurship has allowed her to be a catalyst for change at CNN by creating CNN Advantage (multicultural sales vertical) and while an executive at Viacom, she was the architect behind the first and only network for women of color—BET Her. During her tenure at Viacom, she felt the need to create a broader platform for women and eventually created the Stratechic framework and authored three books to better support and assist women in finding their purpose. Michele has a fundamental understanding of what women want, need, desire, and lack.

Over her thirty-year career, Michele’s leadership, curiosity and demand for inclusion led her to launch a women-focused firm where difference drives results. Through Stratechic LLC, she focuses her energy on helping clients tap into the power of women to drive meaningful revenue results while uplifting and supporting women in every way possible.

Michele has received a host of honors including the ADCOLOR Change Agent Award, American Advertising Federation Mosaic Role Model of the Year Award, She Runs It Working Mother of the Year Award Class of 2018, and a Multichannel News 2019 Wonder Woman. She is a proud wife and mother.
